The Mod is created by the developer Deaderpool, who has spent a great amount of time supporting this mod. You can do many things such as wedding out sims, clearing relationship, washing hands, autonomous flirting, stopping annoying actions. It does all the basic things that a sims player wants under one roof. Do you extract mc command center out of it's zip file? I've had to do that for most of the other mods I have downloaded but I'm not sure if you have to do that for mc command, do you leave it as it is, or extract the files inside of it?
